If our plumber is not at your service location within 60 minutes, you save $60 on that job.

The 60 minutes start when our dispatcher confirms your job and service address on the phone and gives you a dispatch time. Callback requests submitted online start the clock when we call you back and confirm the job.

The guarantee covers addresses inside our service area. If you’re not sure whether you’re covered, ask the dispatcher when you call.

It applies to emergency service calls. Scheduled, non-emergency appointments are booked for a time window instead.

We count arrival as the moment our plumber reaches your address — the curb, lobby or front door. Time spent waiting for building access, a doorman, super or management approval after arrival is not counted.

Severe weather warnings, declared states of emergency, road closures, bridge or tunnel shutdowns, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect or incomplete service addresses, or a contact we can’t reach on arrival.

Customer-requested later arrival times.

The $60 is taken off the final invoice for the work performed on that visit. It is not paid in cash, cannot exceed the invoice total, and can’t be combined with other discounts or offers. One guarantee credit per job.

Tell the plumber or our dispatcher if we were late. We check against dispatch and GPS records and apply the credit on the invoice.
